- Advised Santander Bank Perú against the Tax Administration Agency (SUNAT by its Peruvian acronym, equivalent to the IRS) in a derivatives exchange difference case worth US$51 million
- Advisory in the infrastructure projects that develop the San Martín-Paracas-Pisco Port, Choquequirao Cable Car Project (Cusco) and in the Amazon Waterway Turnpike Project, among others
- Tax planning for the entire business model of the Edifica Group (construction)
